Experimental studies of the magnetic and structural properties solid solutions Mn1-xCoxNiGe system in a wide range Co concentrations (0.05≤ x≤ 0.8), temperatures (5 K≤ x≤600 K) fields (0.016 T≤ 13.5 T) have revealed number nontrivial magnetocaloric features this system. The latter include: 1) change nature phase transitions from magnetostructural 1st order paramagnetism-antiferromagnetism 0.15) to isostructural 2nd paramagnetism-ferromagnetism (0.15≤ x≤0.8) with concentration ; 2) anomalous behavior low-temperature regions magnetization weak fields; 3) saturation appearance irreversible field-induced at helium strong fields.
